What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Coordinate and process Accounts Payable for company entities while providing accounting analyses and support for the Accounting Department
- Maintain confidentiality of HIPAA protected health information and patient information
- Review invoices from vendors and cost centers, ensuring appropriate authorization and documentation
- Audit invoices and resolve any discrepancies with prior or current balances
- Prepare various management reports and perform miscellaneous financial analysis

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- One year of computerized accounts payable experience in a large firm is required
- Basic understanding of Microsoft Word and Excel; experience is required
- Ability to meet timely deadlines and maintain confidentiality of all information
- Candidates must reside in one of the approved remote worker states: AR, AZ, CO, FL, IL, IN, KY, MI, ND, NE, OH, SC, TN, TX, WI

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with PeopleSoft and Crystal Reporting is a plus
