What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform data entry, clerical functions, and invoice validation with attention to detail
- Communicate clearly and effectively in writing and respond to vendor inquiries related to invoice processing
- Audit employee expense reports and assist employees with inquiries regarding their expenses and corporate credit cards
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and documents to support accounts payable activities
- Handle pressure and meet performance goals while maintaining concentration and focus

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least 1 year of experience in finance (payment/invoicing/accounting)
- Ability to remain engaged on the phone throughout your shift with minimal distractions
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Excel, including basic cell formatting and navigation

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a customer-facing role with a focus on providing excellent service
- Proficient in Microsoft Word for document creation and editing
