What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as the first point of contact for customers, providing assistance and resolving issues
- Perform data entry, clerical functions, and invoice validation with attention to detail
- Respond to vendor emails and address inquiries related to invoice processing
- Assist employees with expense reports and corporate credit card inquiries
- Create and maintain spreadsheets and documents to support accounts payable activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role focused on excellent service
- At least 1 year of experience in finance (payment/invoicing/accounting)
- Moderate experience with Microsoft Excel and proficiency in Microsoft Word
