What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee vendor maintenance and ensure compliance with approval processes
- Develop and implement efficient accounts payable processes and procedures
- Manage the performance and productivity of the accounts payable team
- Ensure accuracy in invoice processing, disbursement transactions, and month-end closing tasks
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve discrepancies and ensure regulatory compliance

What is Required (Qualifications):
- At least 10 years of professional experience in accounting, including government/federal experience
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounts payable, with team management experience
- Full understanding of FAR, JTR, and federal government contracting
- 2+ years of experience in a shared services environment or with a multi-division company
- Ability to pass a federal background investigation and currently authorized to work in the U.S.

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or a related field
- Experience with SAP Concur Expense and Invoice
- CMA and/or other financial certifications
- Ability to work during EST core business hours
