      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Review, code, and process vendor invoices for multiple companies using the General Ledger
      - Identify and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies through research and communication
      - Manage vendor account reconciliations and General Ledger reconciliations
      - Assist with processing employee expense reports to ensure compliance with company travel policy
      - Run weekly processing and distribution of payments, including Year-End 1099s

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of a 2-year Accounting Degree
      - 2 – 4 years of progressive accounting experience or a 4-year Accounting Degree (new college graduates are welcome to apply)
      - Familiarity with Great Plains Dynamics, Cognos, MS Excel, Word, and Outlook
      - Previous experience in a sales or telecommunications environment is preferred
