      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process accounts payable invoices, including general ledger coding and securing approvals
      - Prepare weekly check runs and manage customer refunds and employee payment requests
      - Track expenses against budgets and analyze variances
      - Respond to vendor inquiries and perform timely reconciliations
      - Assist with month-end and year-end closings for the accounting team

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance
      - 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounts payable or a financial role
      - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
      - Proficiency in Excel and strong computer skills
      - Ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience with MS Dynamics GP
      - Familiarity with Ramp software
