What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Research vendor payment inquiries and process payment proposals via Check, ACH, and Virtual Credit Card
- Reconcile accounts and prepare reporting as assigned
- Manage 1099 administration and filings, respond to IRS inquiries
- Participate in system upgrades, acquisitions, and project work as assigned
- Coordinate actions to resolve supplier 1099 issues and related vendor master issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance
- 10+ years of experience in problem-solving for P2P issues, payment processing, 1099 expertise, and audit support
- SAP payments experience with expert knowledge of AP disbursements and 1099 requirements
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, including data queries, Vlookups, and pivot tables
- Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact with various stakeholders

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 or 4-year degree in accounting, finance, or other business-related field
