What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Receive, sort, and verify invoices for accurate entry into Sage Intacct
- Manage multiple email boxes for invoice review and gather necessary coding information
- Enter invoices into the Accounts Payable System with correct coding and entity allocation
- Reconcile vendor statements to ensure balance accuracy
- Maintain positive vendor relationships and resolve any issues that arise

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Proven experience in accounts payable
- Experience with Sage Intacct preferred
- Proficiency in Excel with strong organizational skills
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and reconciliation
- Strong communication skills to maintain effective vendor relationships

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in a clinical research or healthcare-related environment
- Familiarity with payment processing methods such as checks and ACH payments
