What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review and reconcile all accounts payable vendor statements and enter transactions for employee credit card bills
- Ensure timely payment of all invoices by completing scheduled check runs twice per month
- Maintain accurate documentation of all check runs and upload positive pay spreadsheets to banks
- Serve as a subject matter expert for property managers and administrators regarding accounts payable processes
- Handle vendor management, including inquiries and requests for information

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in Accounts Payable
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's Degree in Accounting preferred
- Proficiency in accounting software, with Yardi experience preferred
- Excellent math skills and intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Excel
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2 years prior experience in a bookkeeping or accounts payable role, preferably in property management
- Ability to communicate effectively in a professional manner, both verbally and in writing
- Commitment to delivering high levels of service to internal customers
- Experience handling confidential information with discretion
