- Handle accounts payable invoices, perform 3-way matching, and code invoices accurately.
- Process and analyze expense reports to ensure compliance and accuracy.
- Manage general ledger activities, including reconciliation and journal entries.
- Reconcile and analyze balance sheet accounts and multiple payroll, operating, and concentration bank accounts.
- Prepare accurate financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Perform month-end and year-end close processes, including preparing assigned schedules for interim and annual audits.
- Conduct detailed financial analysis and reporting to support business decisions.
- Proven experience in accounts payable and general accounting practices.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Experience with Oracle and Concur would be a plus

Job Description
Our client is currently looking for an Accountant looking to take the next step in their career. This person will start out doing Accounts Payable Accounting and then work their way into more complex accounting for the team.

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $26.44/hr.
