What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Engage with business partners to ensure accuracy in financial reporting and accounting records
- Audit and approve expense reports, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Manage vendor setups and updates in Oracle and respond to employee inquiries regarding reimbursements
- Execute daily responsibilities in line with SOX controls and assist audit departments as needed
- Identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies in procurement to payment activities

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- In lieu of education, 4+ years of experience in a relevant area
- Ability to communicate effectively in both verbal and written forms
- Familiarity with departmental accounting policies and procedures

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- 2+ years of experience in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Certification in Accounts Payable, P2P, or a related area
