What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Review, code, and process vendor invoices for multiple companies using an understanding of the General Ledger
- Identify and resolve vendor invoice discrepancies through research and communication
- Manage vendor account reconciliations and General Ledger reconciliations
- Process employee expense reports, ensuring compliance with company travel policy
- Assist with month-end responsibilities, audits, and various projects

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2-year Accounting Degree
- 2-4 years of progressive accounting experience or a 4-year Accounting Degree
- Experience with Great Plains Dynamics, Cognos, MS Excel, Word, and Outlook is preferred
- Ability to work independently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment
- Strong customer service orientation
