What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process invoices and manage payment processes through bill.com
- Communicate with vendors to ensure accurate charges and timely payments
- Maintain accurate records of vendor invoices and apply credits appropriately
- Reconcile payable reports monthly to confirm accuracy of payments
- Assist the Controller with various tasks, including license renewals and account reconciliations

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 3 years of related accounts payable experience in a high-volume environment
- Strong proficiency in Sage Intacct preferred
- Proficient computer skills utilizing Outlook, Microsoft Word, and Excel
- Strong attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
