What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Route invoices through the accounting system to the appropriate approvers and verify approvals on all invoices and check requests
- Ensure invoices are coded to the correct general ledger accounts and enter invoice data as necessary for payment processing
- Provide support and customer service to corporate departments and/or care centers
- Serve as a liaison between the employer and vendors, establishing and maintaining relationships
- Reconcile vendor statements and research discrepancies as necessary

What is Required (Qualifications):
- 3-5+ years of Accounts Payable experience
- Outstanding customer service skills
- Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proficient with MS Word and Excel spreadsheets

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Healthcare experience
- Competency with NetSuite, Yooz, and other accounting tools
- Ability to handle confidential information in a discreet, professional manner
- Strong organizational, analytical, and time management skills
- Ability to be an effective team member and display initiative
