What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Oversee the coordination of departmental work without constant supervision while providing guidance to staff
- Manage Accounts Payable Audit requests and documentation
- Support Vendor Master/Payment functions and the Monthly End Process
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting requirements and manage daily operations
- Participate in staff training and update policies and process documentation

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or equivalent
- Minimum of five (5) years of accounting experience, with experience leading a team
- In-depth knowledge of payable processes and team structure
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, SAP, IFS, and other relevant software
- United States citizenship is required

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with IFS, FastAP, and Concur
- Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Proven ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment with a focus on accuracy and timeliness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in financial reporting and analysis
