**What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):**
- Handle all aspects of accounts payable functions, including daily invoice processing for multiple clients
- Set up new vendors and secure proper documentation for W-9s
- Research and resolve accounts payable discrepancies and vendor issues
- Create invoices and facilitate payments, following up on outstanding approvals
- Monitor open accounts payable and receivable balances and assist with reconciliations

**What is Required (Qualifications):**
- High School diploma required; Bachelor's degree in Accounting highly preferred
- 1-3 years' experience as an Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable Clerk or Bookkeeper
- Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and accounts payable principles preferred
- 1-2 years of experience using QuickBooks, Bill.com, and/or NetSuite Software
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications
