What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Generate and issue accurate invoices in a timely manner
- Monitor customer accounts to ensure timely payments and follow up on outstanding balances
- Process and apply customer payments accurately in the accounting system
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies or disputes with clients
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure proper revenue recognition and resolve billing issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in accounts receivable, billing, or a related finance role
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Sage Intacct, PeopleSoft, or similar ERP systems)
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, LOOKUPs, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to analyze and resolve issues efficiently
