What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Process payments and post cash transactions to ensure accurate accounts receivable records
- Monitor customer accounts for non-payments and delayed payments while resolving issues in a timely manner
- Conduct regular reporting of key accounts receivable metrics such as AR Aging and Unapplied Trackers
- Manage collection efforts and respond to customer inquiries professionally
- Assist with the month-end close process for all companies and perform other assigned tasks

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's Degree in Accounting or Business, or equivalent work experience
- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Accounts Receivable
- Good knowledge of accounting principles and procedures
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Leadership experience through direct management or community involvement
- Familiarity with gross-and net receivable application processes in the pharmaceutical and payment industries
