What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Prepare and process daily invoices in SAP
- Apply cash receipts and respond to customer invoicing questions and requests
- Assist in collection activities and maintain accounts receivable files and financial records
- Support month-end close activities
- Collaborate with team members to investigate and resolve billing issues

What is Required (Qualifications):
- U.S. Citizenship required; applicants may be subject to a government security investigation
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including active listening
- 4-year degree in Finance, Business, or a related area, or relevant experience
- 1-5 years of equivalent experience in accounts receivable or finance
- Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, PDF, and SAP

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with DoD contracts
- Familiarity with WAWF and/or PIEE systems
