      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process client and subtenant payments and reconcile invoices in the ERP system
      - Generate invoices and statements for client accounts and manage accounts receivable aging
      - Serve as the primary contact for client relations regarding invoicing and account maintenance
      - Conduct credit checks for potential new clients and set up accounts within the ERP system
      - Collaborate with internal teams to enhance accounts receivable processes and efficiency

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in accounts receivable, finance, or a related field
      - Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline preferred
      - Proficient in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel; experience with NetSuite preferred
      - Strong attention to detail with the ability to reconcile accounts accurately
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client and team interactions

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Familiarity with ZenDesk or similar ticketing systems
      - Proven problem-solving skills to identify issues and implement solutions
      - Experience in customer service handling payment-related inquiries professionally
