Well established hospitality company is looking for an Accounts Receivable Specialist to join their team. Responsibilities

• Ensure payments and cash receipts are processed, posted, and reconciled
• Monitor accounts receivable aging to ensure timely collection of balances
• Contact customers with past due accounts to resolve delinquency & initiate follow-up calls
• Prepare and send statements and past due notices

Skills

• Billing (3 years of experience is preferred)
• Collections (3 years of experience is preferred)
