What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Execute customer invoice and credit memo application and manage customer payment functions
- Reconcile customer accounts and analyze contract billing concerns
- Review customer aging reports to pursue collections and reduce delinquency
- Ensure purchases are paid within customer payment terms
- Support internal and external audit requests

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Minimum of five (5) years of relevant professional work experience
- Advanced MS Office skills, including Outlook, Excel, and Word
- Experience in high-volume, high-intensity environments
- Ability to work with multiple accounting software systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience reviewing contract terms and customer quotes
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics, D365, and Salesforce Billing
