      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Request and process payments through the Ticket to Work portal and manual payments
      - Audit and document pay stubs received from beneficiaries in the RTW Wage Monitoring system
      - Communicate with beneficiaries, Ticket Program Manager (TPM), and SSA regarding payment issues
      - Maintain accurate records and ensure confidentiality of beneficiary information
      - Serve as backup support for other AES Support Specialists as needed

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Diploma or GED required; associate's degree with 6 months of general office experience preferred
      - Ability to learn, retain, and apply information effectively
      - Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
      - Excellent written and verbal communication skills
      - Flexibility and adaptability to changing situations

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Associate's degree with relevant experience in a similar role
      - Prior experience with SSA's Ticket to Work program or similar programs
      - Familiarity with auditing processes and financial documentation
