      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Process and investigate insurance claims, ensuring proper resolution through follow-up and disposition
      - Verify patient eligibility with secondary insurance companies as needed
      - Manage billing queues and update systems with information from secondary insurance
      - Process denials and rejections for re-submission in accordance with company policy
      - Maintain accurate and detailed notes in the company system and comply with HIPAA regulations

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School diploma or equivalent
      - 1 year of experience in insurance billing and processing claims
      - 1 year of experience with Medicare claims and insurance verification
      - Knowledge of insurance portals and medical/insurance terminology
      - Basic level of MS Office proficiency

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience in a fast-paced healthcare or insurance environment
      - Familiarity with collections specialization
      - Strong analytical skills and ability to anticipate outcomes
      - Proficiency in additional software or systems relevant to billing processes
