What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage the revenue cycle, utilizing billing software to track donor and patient care from appointment scheduling to final payment
- Create and review reports to identify exceptions in the revenue cycle
- Process accounts receivables and incoming payments in compliance with financial policies
- Communicate with clients about billing discrepancies and handle collection calls on delinquent accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to document procedure codes and billable items

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Associate's degree or two-year certificate in Accounting or Bookkeeping
- One year of experience in Accounts Receivable functions and use of a computerized accounting system
- Knowledge of accounting principles and revenue cycle accounting
- Proficiency in MS Office Products, especially Microsoft Excel and Adobe Acrobat Pro
- Ability to analyze and solve problems with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Experience with Oracle EBS
- Experience in medical billing
