      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Accurate and timely follow-up on claims that have not received a response, have been denied, or have been under/overpaid
      - Identification of root causes and denial trends to prevent additional denials
      - Accurate write-offs following the identification of uncollectible accounts
      - Participation in team meetings to enhance front-end claim edits and resolution
      - Meeting established productivity and quality metrics for the AR Department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate/GED required
      - 1-3 years of experience working in healthcare revenue cycle
      - Knowledge of CPT/ICD-10 coding, government, managed care, and commercial insurances
      - Strong organization skills, attention to detail, research, and problem-solving ability
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Technical School/2 Years College/Associates Degree preferred
      - Understanding of the revenue cycle and how the various components work together
