      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct accurate and timely follow-up on unpaid and underpaid claims, including correcting and reprocessing as necessary
      - Research claim denials to determine reasons and initiate appeals when needed
      - Identify root causes of denial trends and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences
      - Participate in team meetings to discuss denial trends and suggest workflow improvements
      - Meet established productivity and quality metrics, collaborating with supervisors to enhance performance

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate/GED required; Technical School/2 Years College/Associates Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
      - Knowledge of healthcare billing, including CPT/ICD-10 coding and various insurance requirements
      - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy skills
