What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct accurate and timely follow-up on unpaid and underpaid claims to meet collection targets
- Research claim denials to determine reasons, correcting and reprocessing claims as necessary
- Identify denial trends and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve workflows for accounts receivable
- Meet established productivity and quality metrics while collaborating with supervisors on performance improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate/GED required; Technical School/2 Years College/Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
- Knowledge of healthcare billing, including CPT/ICD-10 coding and various insurance requirements
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving ability
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy skills
