What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Conduct timely follow-up on unpaid and underpaid claims, ensuring corrections and reprocessing for payment
- Research claim denials to identify reasons and initiate appeals as necessary
- Identify root causes and denial trends, recommending solutions to prevent future issues
- Perform accurate write-offs for uncollectible accounts following established policies
- Collaborate with team members to share insights and improve accounts receivable processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate/GED required; Technical School/2 Years College/Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
- Knowledge of healthcare billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and insurance claim requirements
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with proven problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy
