      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Follow up on unpaid and underpaid claims, correcting and reprocessing claims for timely payment
      - Research claim denials to identify root causes and trends, making recommendations to prevent future issues
      - Perform accurate write-offs for uncollectible accounts, adhering to company policies
      - Share denial trends and contribute ideas in team meetings to enhance claim processing efficiency
      - Meet established productivity and quality metrics while collaborating with supervisors for improvement

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate/GED required; technical school or associate degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
      - Knowledge of healthcare billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and insurance reimbursement guidelines
      - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy skills
