What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Perform accurate and timely follow-up on unpaid, denied, or underpaid claims to meet collection targets
- Research claim denials and correct/reprocess claims for payment in a timely manner
- Identify root causes and trends in claim denials, providing recommendations to prevent future issues
- Participate in team meetings to share insights and improve claims processing workflows
- Meet established productivity and quality metrics while collaborating with supervisors for continuous improvement

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Graduate/GED required; Technical School/2 Years College/Associates Degree preferred
- Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in healthcare revenue cycle
- Knowledge of healthcare billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and insurance claim requirements
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy skills
