      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Conduct accurate and timely follow-up on unpaid and underpaid claims, ensuring prompt resolution
      - Research claim denials to determine reasons and correct/reprocess claims as necessary
      - Identify root causes of denials and recommend solutions to prevent future occurrences
      - Participate in team meetings to share denial trends and improve A/R follow-up processes
      - Meet established productivity and quality metrics for the Accounts Receivable Department

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High School Graduate/GED required; Technical School/2 Years College/Associates Degree preferred
      - Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in healthcare revenue cycle
      - Knowledge of healthcare billing, CPT/ICD-10 coding, and insurance claim requirements
      - Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities
      - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong computer literacy skills
