What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Drive collections from customers to reduce Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) and customer credits
- Increase the percentage of customers using low-cost payment methods and auto payments
- Generate and distribute invoices and manage cash application of customer payments
- Serve as the primary contact for customer inquiries related to billing and payments
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure smooth invoicing and payment processes

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Proven experience as an Accounts Receivable Specialist, Clerk, or similar role in a B2B sales environment
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and familiarity with NetSuite and salesforce.com
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in financial data entry and analysis
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills
