What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Proactively address customer inquiries regarding payments, account status, and billing disputes
- Work autonomously with sales and customer service teams to resolve customer invoice issues
- Accurately apply customer payments to accounts in the accounting system
- Reconcile AR aging reports and customer accounts to ensure proper application of payments
- Generate and review weekly and monthly AR reports for management review

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (preferred)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or cash applications
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric mindset

- Experience with SaaS business models and subscription billing cycles
- Familiarity with collections processes and dispute resolution
