What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage and improve the accounts receivable process to ensure timely collections and accurate invoicing
- Prepare a comprehensive monthly invoicing reconciliation report with 100% accuracy
- Process monthly invoices while reconciling campaign statistics according to client-specific instructions
- Reduce delinquent Days Sales Outstanding (DSO) by 15% within the first six months through effective follow-up
- Resolve at least 95% of customer disputes within five business days
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounts receivable experience managing collections and reducing outstanding balances
- Proficiency in QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel functions, such as pivot tables and VLOOKUP
- Minimum educational requirement: Associate's degree in Accounting or a related field
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and cross-functionally
- Solid understanding of AR GAAP accrual requirements and experience with QuickBooks Online
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Familiarity with the online marketing or digital media industries
- Experience with processing credit applications using platforms like D&B or Confirmation.com
- Background in managing accounts with third-party collection agencies or providing documentation for legal counsel in escalated collections cases
