What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Organize and maintain financial records to ensure accuracy and security of members’ assets
- Issue invoices and manage the billing process efficiently
- Apply payments, process deposits, and handle collections and refunds
- Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and improve processes
- Provide excellent customer service to members regarding billing inquiries
What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounts receivable or related financial role
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in the financial services industry
- Familiarity with billing software and payment processing systems
- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards
