      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Manage billing and collection of selected claims for the employer
      - Assist patients with inquiries regarding coverage and payment issues
      - Ensure compliance with HIPAA and federal/state regulations for all interactions
      - Complete billing duties accurately and timely, utilizing knowledge of CPT, HCPC, and ICD-10 codes
      - Review accounts receivable aging reports and address outstanding accounts efficiently

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - High school diploma or equivalent
      - One year of third-party billing experience preferred
      - Familiarity with billing guidelines and ability to complete HCFA 1500 billing forms
      - Excellent telephone and interpersonal skills
      - Ability to operate modern office machinery and prioritize workload effectively

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Post high school courses in insurance billing, computer basics, and medical terminology
      - Bilingual Spanish skills
