What is Required (Qualifications):
- High school diploma with experience in the banking industry or related field
- Previous ACH experience and deposit/bank operations experience preferred
- Working knowledge of banking regulations
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to set priorities and meet deadlines

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience in deposit account opening and special item processing
- Familiarity with online and mobile banking monitoring and support
- Previous experience in handling legal/compliance-related processes such as garnishments
