What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage Proof of Authorization (POA) requests and collaborate with clients to obtain necessary documentation
- Monitor client return rates and develop remediation plans for those with high return rates
- Ensure compliance with NACHA operating rules and assist in implementing risk management policies
- Act as a liaison between clients and financial institutions for ACH-related risk inquiries
- Provide guidance to clients on ACH compliance and risk management practices

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in ACH operations, risk management, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in finance, business administration, or a related field, or 4+ years of equivalent work experience
- Strong knowledge of NACHA operating rules and regulations
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret ACH data
- Proficient in Google Suite and familiarity with ACH processing systems

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Accredited ACH Professional (AAP) certification
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and respond to shifting priorities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for conveying technical information
