      Requirements
      • Recommend and develop content and structure for entry-level DOJ Acquisition Career Program (DOJ ACP or Program)
      • Recommend and develop a cohort structure and cohort content geared towards entry-level 1102 personnel.
      • Recommend and outline job experiences that entry-level 1102s are to participate in to progress as an Acquisition Professional. This is to include outlining types of details/rotational assignments that should be made available to participants under the Program.
      • Develop and maintain all DOJ ACP-related strategies, plans, guidance, handbooks, and materials.
      • Determine and recommend types of special projects that can be assigned to enhance entry-level 1102 experiences.
      • Develop a structure for an 1102 Mentor/Protégé Program and eligibility requirements for participants.
      • Facilitate discussions with DOJ Bureaus to make details/rotational assignments, and special projects available for DOJ ACP participants.
      • Develop a method to track progress of individuals in the DOJ ACP to include identifying competency skill gaps.
      • Assess the potential need for supplemental training outside of the FAC-C Professional Program based on identified competency skill gaps.
      • Develop a method to determine and assess the overall effectiveness of the DOJ ACP.
      • Develop a method for networking among 1102s and how this method is to be implemented.
      • Assist in coordination with Bureaus relating to participation in hiring initiatives, DOJ ACP, mentor/protégé program, experimental assignments, special projects, rotations, details, shadowing, networking, etc.
      • Determine ways in which participants can be acknowledged for achievements and successes as part of the DOJ ACP.
      • Recommend and develop a way to track short- and long-term successes of participants that go through the DOJ ACP.

      REQUIREMENTS YOU BRING:
      • Able to obtain a Public Trust
      • FAC-C Level III or DAWIA Level III certification (preferred).
