What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Provide technical advice and assistance for space acquisitions and related projects throughout the acquisition life cycle
- Draft and revise acquisition documentation, ensuring compliance with Government standards
- Prepare SME-level technical and programmatic status reports as requested by the Government
- Identify and recommend improvements in the acquisition process, including risk mitigation strategies
- Support financial management activities, including earned value management and fiscal planning

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Minimum of 5 years in financial management of DoD programs, including budget management and acquisition documentation support
- In-depth knowledge of Space Force financial management and related policies
- Familiarity with managing various types of appropriated funds and interfacing with Federal Government agencies
- Over 10 years of relevant experience in a similar role
- Must possess TS/SCI clearance with current SCI access

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- A Master's degree in a relevant field, or a Bachelor's degree with at least 10 years of experience
- Experience utilizing the MS Office Suite of Tools
- Previous work with classified funding distribution and PPBE support
