      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and file rates while enhancing actuarial models
      - Report on experience and analyze industry data
      - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure accuracy in reporting
      - Utilize analytical skills to support decision-making processes
      - Contribute to projects involving data analysis and rate setting

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Minimum of 2 years of actuarial experience
      - Completion of 2-4 Society of Actuaries (SOA) exams
      - Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
      - Experience with VBA, SQL, and/or SAS
      - Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Additional experience in health insurance or related fields
      - Proficiency in data visualization tools
      - Advanced knowledge of statistical modeling techniques
      - Strong communication skills for articulating complex concepts
