      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Problem-solve using spreadsheets, databases, and other resources to analyze data and information
      - Build and maintain actuarial models and exhibits for client projects
      - Communicate results to peers and project leaders both verbally and in writing
      - Draft client communications, including reports and presentations
      - Participate in office committees to support management and culture

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Degree in actuarial science, statistics, mathematics, or a related field
      - Minimum GPA of 3.0 upon graduation, preference for candidates with a 3.5 or higher
      - Working knowledge of Excel and word processing software
      - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
      - At least one SOA/CAS exam passed

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Experience working in an actuarial role in the health or long-term care space
      - Computer and statistical programming experience, including VBA, SAS, Python, R, and/or Databricks
