      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform analysis related to client work, including data preparation and error checking
      - Draft reports and maintain documentation for accuracy
      - Present findings to peers, project managers, and client relationship managers
      - Undertake research projects and assist with other duties as assigned
      - Operate complex spreadsheets and database tools to analyze data

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Completed bachelor's degree in actuarial science, mathematics, data science, statistics, or a related quantitative major
      - Two or more actuarial exams passed at the time of application
      - Between one and three years of professional actuarial experience, including internships
      - Proven proficiency with Excel
      - Excellent written and oral communication skills

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - Prior P&C reserving and/or pricing experience
      - Technical skills in programming with SAS, R, Python, and/or SQL (R preferred)
      - Predictive modeling experience or strong interest in the area
