What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Support the implementation of model changes for Variable Annuity & RILA products using best-in-class modeling standards
- Analyze model results, including reconciling changes and communicating findings to management
- Implement and test new software releases and regulatory requirements in the Pathwise environment
- Optimize models to adhere to coding standards and enhance performance
- Stage model inputs using data conversion systems and/or Alteryx

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Actuarial Science, or a related discipline
- At least 1 actuarial exam completed for the Society of Actuaries
- Strong programming skills
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Additional actuarial exams completed beyond the first
- Experience with modeling software or tools like Pathwise or Alteryx
- Demonstrated experience in financial analysis or risk management
- Strong analytical skills and sound business judgment
- Previous experience in the annuity or life insurance industry
