      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Develop and maintain pricing for premium rates and fees, analyzing profit assumptions
      - Gather and analyze data to understand profitability, growth, and risk trends
      - Collaborate with sales and marketing on the financial feasibility of new products
      - Extract, analyze, and prepare data for actuarial analysis, presenting findings to management
      - Prepare for and pass actuarial exams while maintaining continuing education requirements

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor’s degree in mathematics, actuarial science, business, or a related field preferred
      - Three or more years of experience in the actuarial field
      - Minimum of 4 successfully completed actuarial exams
      - Strong analytical skills with the ability to resolve diverse problems
      - Effective communication skills with both technical and non-technical audiences

      - Experience mentoring junior level actuarial candidates
      - Proven ability to manage multiple projects of varying complexity simultaneously
      - Strong team player capable of building collaborative working relationships
