      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Perform GLM and other statistical techniques to build and improve auto and homeowners rating algorithms
      - Evaluate model impacts and demonstrate expected results from statistical models
      - Implement end-to-end modeling processes, including data gathering and validation
      - Collaborate with Pricing and Product Management for filing support and product performance monitoring
      - Review work of peers and provide training to junior analysts

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - BA/BS in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or a related field with 8 years of relevant experience
      - ACAS Designation
      - Strong understanding of GLM and predictive modeling techniques
      - Proficient in Python, SAS, and/or R
      - Deep knowledge of the property and casualty insurance industry and financial drivers of profitability

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - FCAS Designation
      - Graduate degree in statistics, mathematics, actuarial science, or a related area
      - Experience with the design and launch of new personal line products
      - Demonstrates a company ownership mindset and willingness to support team initiatives
      - Ability to travel as needed for role-related meetings
