What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Serve as Business Analyst for clients' Acumatica implementations
- Lead project teams in defining, planning, and implementing the Acumatica solution
- Provide consulting services for clients using Acumatica software
- Work with customers to maximize product use, benefits, and functionality
- Develop and execute a self-education and professional development plan

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's degree in accounting, computer science, information technology, or equivalent
- Minimum of 5 years of experience using ERP solutions
- 3 years of experience implementing Acumatica ERP solutions
- Understanding of operational processes in the ERP world
- Experience in project scoping, planning, and requirements gathering

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Experience with Manufacturing, Field-Service, Project/Construction, Payroll modules
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to identify root causes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team
- Knowledge of business workflow and project management methodologies
