What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Manage a sales territory to deliver sustainable business growth based on targets and quotas
- Utilize data and analytics for effective business planning and maintain sales call data using Salesforce.com
- Build and maintain relationships with key clinical and economic stakeholders, including surgeons
- Provide customer support and service, attending procedures and placements as necessary
- Participate in conferences, trade shows, and symposiums to promote products and solutions

What is Required (Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree or higher AND minimum 2 years of sales, clinical, or related experience; OR High School Diploma/GED AND minimum 6 years of experience
- Current and valid driver’s license
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Proven track record of quota and target attainment
- Strong understanding of clinical value drivers across care areas

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Prior wound care, medical device, or operating room sales/clinical experience
- Experience navigating complex selling cycles
- Completion of a formal sales training program
- Experience using a CRM (e.g., Salesforce)
- Outstanding data and analytical skills
