      What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
      - Engage with all departments within the clinical laboratory market to drive sales growth
      - Collaborate with field sales teams, including acute care and non-acute care representatives
      - Deliver compelling sales presentations on capital equipment to various audiences
      - Establish and maintain relationships with customers and manufacturer representatives
      - Manage the sales process from prospecting to closing, including forecasting and sales tracking

      What is Required (Qualifications):
      - Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 5 years of quota-based sales experience
      - At least 2 years of related sales experience in the laboratory field
      - Proven knowledge of capital laboratory equipment and related products
      - Experience in developing and delivering presentations in complex sales environments
      - Willingness to travel at least 75% of the time for business purposes

      How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
      - 2 to 5 years of experience selling capital and laboratory equipment in acute or non-acute markets
      - Previous experience in the hospital and/or healthcare industry
      - Strong negotiation, strategic planning, and organizational skills
      - Entrepreneurial spirit with a strong business acumen
      - Medical technology experience
